Location: US-based with 90-100% travel to domestic and international wind farm project sites required; valid US driver’s license mandatory. Construction environment with physical demands including climbing to 60-100m heights and lifting up to 50lbs.

Salary: $35.00 - $38.00 USD hourly (non-exempt) with up to 5% bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as key member of wind farm site leadership team and on-site representative for Quality Manager, handling all quality issues and external communications.
• Oversee administration of quality processes, monitor project plans, staffing, inspector attendance, and performance.
• Prepare reports on quality status, manage site NCRs, escalate critical issues, and perform first article audits.
• Enforce IMS procedures, safety and quality standards, lead by example, and ensure tasks are supervised and completed timely.
• Track tools/equipment, follow up on open actions, and provide recommendations on manning requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in technical/engineering field or equivalent; 3+ years experience preferred
• Experience in quality management/control processes; wind turbine assembly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical skills, ability to manage multiple activities under pressure
• Fluent English (speak, read, write) for instructions, communication, and safety
• Valid US driver’s license; able to travel 90-100%, pass pre-employment physical, meet OSHA/ANSI weight limits (265lbs max), work in construction conditions
• Strong MS Office skills; ability to read drawings/schematics; ASQ Certified/ISO auditor preferred
