What you will do
- Originate new business through client introductions and funding opportunities.
- Lead and grow relationships in CM&P, Trade, and TFX to expand wallet, enter new divisions, and reduce attrition.
- Contribute to deposit NII and OOI targets, providing inputs for senior management reporting.
- Drive cross-sell by introducing product partners to clients.
- Execute sales strategy including liquidity conversations, new mandates, revenue programs, and leakage prevention.
- Capture client testimonials as case studies and feedback competitor insights to product teams.
Requirements
- TBS Technical Specialist Sales experience: Analyse operational needs and propose liquidity, payments, trade, and FX solutions for complex Insurance clients.
- Sales & Relationship Management: Proven track record communicating client requirements to product and implementation teams.
- Client and internal communication: Expert clarity, credibility, and influence in pitches, seminars, and meetings.
- Sector Specific Expertise: Deep experience in financial insurance sectors with robust network and delivery track record.
