What you will do

• Read and follow department SOPs and PPE guidelines.
• Formulate and batch hair products under supervision.
• Document batches in laboratory notebook and software, including specs and test results.
• Conduct and track stability tests, update charts, and summarize data.
• Coordinate salon, microbiological, and analytical testing; perform efficacy tests and write reports.
• Maintain lab organization, equipment, supplies, and communicate results with team.

Requirements

• BA/BS/MS in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field
• 0-1 years industry experience
• Ability to work in Darien, CT lab
• Understanding of lab safety and hygiene
