What you will do

• Develop and deploy manufacturing test solutions with global partners.
• Define test requirements, drive Design for Test (DFT), and ensure testability.
• Maintain test operations, deploy updates, and build automated test scripts.
• Improve test coverage, reduce test time and costs while upholding quality.
• Analyze and resolve yield issues and field escapes with root cause actions.
• Design, validate, and deploy test stations, fixtures, and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in hardware or manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience developing manufacturing test systems with custom electronics and instrumentation.
• Managing test systems to improve manufacturability and quality.
• US-based candidates; background checks per US laws.

Nice to have

• Testing server, networking, or data center hardware.
• Python/Shell scripting and Linux familiarity.
• Test station validation (gage R&R, correlation).
• Comprehensive test plans and troubleshooting cross-functionally.
