What you will do

• Design, develop, and debug software tools, flows, and methodologies for hardware design automation.
• Capture user stories and requirements to implement functional and test code.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines for design tools.
• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of software tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience or a PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hillsboro, Oregon under a hybrid model.
• 6+ months of experience with Python, Tcl, or C++.
• Experience working in Linux environments and with version management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys ICV, or Siemens Calibre.
• Development of job management tools on distributed systems.
• Experience automating processes through workflows and templates.
• Knowledge of CAD software administration and deployment.
