What you will do
- Design, develop, and debug software tools, flows, and methodologies for hardware design automation.
- Capture user stories and requirements to implement functional and test code.
- Automate build and deployment pipelines for design tools.
- Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of software tools.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 2+ years of experience or a PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Must be based in or able to work in Hillsboro, Oregon under a hybrid model.
- 6+ months of experience with Python, Tcl, or C++.
- Experience working in Linux environments and with version management systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys ICV, or Siemens Calibre.
- Development of job management tools on distributed systems.
- Experience automating processes through workflows and templates.
- Knowledge of CAD software administration and deployment.
