Location: Greenville, OH 45331 (onsite, 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)

What you will do

• Analyze raw material, in-process, and finished good samples using HPLC, GC, viscometer, density meter, and other lab methods.
• Document all analytical data accurately per SOPs and escalate out-of-spec materials to supervisor.
• Manage inventory of consumables like HPLC columns, spare parts, and reference standards.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvements in lab functions while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Must work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; flexibility for vacation coverage and early training.
• Strong math and computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, chemical handling, use, storage, and disposal.
• Minimum HS Diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in science field.
• Proficiency in lab techniques including HPLC, wet chemistry, and microbiological analysis.
• Experience with lab equipment.
