Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; work is performed in a laboratory and/or production environment.

Salary: $40,300–$66,250 per year

What you will do

• Perform routine laboratory experiments and produce low-complexity batches according to established protocols and work instructions.
• Document experimental results, processes, batch records, and historical laboratory data accurately.
• Calibrate, maintain, and operate assigned laboratory equipment.
• Follow chemical handling, labeling, hazard awareness, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Use internal databases and computer systems to enter, retrieve, and review information.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, support teammates, and cross-train across departmental functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety practices, chemical handling, and quality requirements.
• Ability to follow written procedures accurately and maintain clear records.
• Basic proficiency with databases and computer applications, along with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate issues appropriately.
• Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
