What you will do

• Lead Extended Operations Team (Supply Management, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Development, Packaging, Supply Chain) to ensure on-time and on-budget new product development.
• Champion Voice of Operations, align scope/schedule/budget with core team, and track KPIs like Predictive LBMs, RTYs, capacity planning, BOM readiness.
• Manage financials including direct expense, capital, unit pricing, and free cash flow.
• Drive Design Transfer, Commercial Build Readiness, and quality system compliance for successful product launches.
• Integrate Design for Reliability & Manufacturability (DRM), apply structured problem-solving and predictive engineering.
• Coach operations team members, foster cross-functional relationships in matrixed organization, and negotiate trade-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 5 years).
• Minimum 4 days/week onsite in Mounds View, MN.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 3+ years managerial experience.
• Program Manager experience leading large-scale new product development.
• Operations experience in at least two functions.
• Advanced degree in engineering/science.
• Medical device experience with catheters/sheaths/disposables.
• PMP, DRM, DFSS, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
