Salary: $168,800 - $253,200 USD

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional Core and extended teams to execute complex product development programs from initiation to commercialization.
- Drive disciplined planning and management of scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and quality for predictable delivery.
- Provide technical and business input on trade-offs, risk mitigation, and issue resolution while partnering with functional leaders on resourcing.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion DRM practices, gather high-quality Voice of Customer (VOX) input, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor team members to foster critical thinking and decision-making.
Requirements
- Onsite in Mounds View, Minnesota; unrestricted U.S. work authorization required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years relevant project management experience with 5+ years managerial experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams on complex projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, and influence skills.
Nice to have
- Medical device industry experience with new product development, DRM, clinical trials, quality systems, and regulations.
- PMP certification or equivalent; advanced degree.
- Electrophysiology knowledge, cardiac catheters/delivery systems, or durable hardware development.
- Experience with external partners, contract design/manufacturing, patient safety, and strategic planning.
