Salary: $68,000 to $78,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze improvements to the proprietary Westlake Buy Program and coordinate implementation across departments.
• Research new target customers, products, and models to predict performance.
• Develop and monitor internal reporting for management and interpret results.
• Recommend changes to corporate policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior executives.
• Enhance internal process efficiency using available technologies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years analyst experience and bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, math or similar field.
• Experience in financial services, preferably auto finance or lending.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including financial/decision analysis modeling.
• Fundamental SQL knowledge.
• Ability to interpret large datasets from multiple sources and extrapolate trends.
