What you will do
- Perform prospecting and lead generation across AUS, NZ, and US markets.
- Execute cold outreach via phone calls and emails to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and lead tracking using HubSpot CRM.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Attend industry events and establish strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and execute lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a SaaS BDR role.
- Strong communication and prospecting skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Must be located in Sydney, Australia to support a hybrid working model.
- Experience within HR or workforce management SaaS is highly preferred.
