TL;DR

Sales Manager (Precast): Responsible for precast sales and business development across construction applications including façade, industrial, infrastructure, and renewable energy with an accent on technical advice, market opportunities, and key stakeholder relationships. Focus on conducting presentations, preparing proposals and bids, organizing customer seminars, and updating market intelligence reports.

Location: Onsite in Mandaluyong City, Philippines

What you will do

  • Drive PRECAST sales and business development for existing and new products across façade, industrial, data centres, MEPF, infrastructure, buildings, precast, tunnelling, power, and renewable energy applications.
  • Conduct presentations in coordination with the Technical Department and provide technical advice on hirify.global products.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, bids, or tenders and research local and country-specific construction methods.
  • Organize seminars for customers, design institutes, and external product training; participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders; update market intelligence on construction industry and competition.
  • Maintain archives of sales, marketing, and technical documents; perform other duties as assigned by Country General Manager.

Requirements

  • Onsite work in Mandaluyong City, Philippines
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in sales, construction, engineering, design, architecture, or building materials, including hands-on and report writing.
  • Technical product knowledge in building materials and construction accessories.
  • Customer-centric mindset, analytical, self-motivated, proactive, able to work under stress, with high integrity.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to analyze situations and provide solutions, effective collaboration.
