What you will do

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to shape strategic growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client retention.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, achieve targets, and maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and digital initiatives to increase product visibility.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence and deliver performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or medical device sector.
  • Proven success in driving business development strategy and hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
