What you will do

• Configure hardware systems, servers, workstations, printers, projectors, and conference rooms.
• Install routers, switches, access points, cellular hotspots, modems, and antenna systems for site connectivity.
• Perform wiring and cabling for copper and fiber, adhering to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, hardware/software problems, and network disruptions on-site or remotely.
• Coordinate with vendors, document activities, and report progress to management.
• Travel nationwide to job sites, distribute/collect assets, and adapt to varying environments.

Requirements

• Experience installing on-site infrastructure, hardware, and wired/wireless networks (Ethernet, Wi-Fi).
• Proficiency in internet/cellular solutions like hotspots, routers, modems, and antennas.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, work in construction environments (outdoors, heights, weather).
• Willingness to travel nationwide, including overnights; valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and critical thinking for independent issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco routers/switches/access points and Starlink satellite internet.
• Construction industry background or certifications (CompTIA Network+, Cisco).
• Knowledge of security cameras, access control, cloud services, and remote monitoring.
