Principal Product Manager, Member Acquisition (AI): Own the strategy and execution for building and scaling a modern AI-driven member acquisition engine that identifies high-potential users and drives registration and activation. Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 annually

What you will do
- Own member acquisition end-to-end, from identifying eligible populations to driving registration and early activation.
- Build the acquisition machine including segmentation, targeting, channel and messaging strategy, experiment backlog, and measurement frameworks.
- Stand up AI-driven growth workflows for personalization, creative generation, campaign orchestration, and operational efficiency.
- Run bold experiments across partner launches, member outreach, landing pages, referral loops, and signup flow optimizations.
- Instrument performance with dashboards, evaluate experiments rigorously, and decisively scale winners or kill losers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with proven track record in growth outcomes like registrations, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, targeting, personalization, creative iteration, and workflows.
- Builder mindset to create systems, landing pages, automations, and instrumentation independently.
- Strong analytics, experimentation skills, and product expertise in designing complex AI-integrated workflows in regulated environments.
- Ability to lead agile teams and manage full product lifecycle with strategic vision and execution.
- US work authorization required; no sponsorship.
