What you will do

• Audit and validate vendor invoices against POs and SOWs for 100% billing accuracy.
• Manage requisition processes and track financial movements using advanced Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate with global vendors to resolve billing issues and streamline platform delivery.
• Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Participate in strategic reviews with leadership on work volume, vendor performance, and budget health.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in Finance Operations, Vendor Management, or Procurement.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large datasets, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Strong knowledge of finance principles including requisitions, POs, SOWs, and accruals.
• Exceptional communication skills for vendor negotiation and professional interactions.
• High numerical accuracy, organization, and ability to work independently.
