Analyst, Deal Operations (SaaS): Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to secure revenue through streamlined sales processes, case management, pricing quotes, revenue analysis, and operational support for enterprise deals. Focus on optimizing sales activity by removing roadblocks, improving cross-functional collaboration, and identifying process improvements.
Location: Remote US role; applicants located within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: $29.23 - $38.46 USD hourly.

What you will do
- Coordinate deal support and resourcing for Enterprise sales segments.
- Partner with AEs and CSMs to manage deal requirements, updates, RFPs, RFIs, and administrative processes.
- Create and deliver quotes, sales orders, service schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Contracts, and Finance on deal structuring, approvals, contract alignment, and invoicing.
- Validate invoice details, manage Pre-Sales and Professional Services engagements, and handle low-threshold Enterprise renewals.
- Conduct research, analyze revenue data, contribute to Sales Enablement, and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in customer-facing roles; Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience supporting fast-paced technical sales teams and maintaining SLAs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with SaaS cycles.
