What you will do

• Rotate through four assignments in different hirify.global business units over two years.
• Develop leadership skills, innovation focus, and problem-solving abilities.
• Acquire technical skills in cutting-edge technologies like OOP, C++, web/cloud, CAD, and agile.
• Interact with peers, present accomplishments, and receive coaching from managers.
• Monitor budgets, manage projects, and ensure quality assurance and integration.
• Build understanding of hirify.global products, services, and roles across units.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & French) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software, Computer, Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, initiative, creativity, and organizational skills demonstrated in school and extracurriculars.
• Ability to learn new technologies and implement changes.

Nice to have

• Co-op or internship experience in related field.
• Master's degree.
• Artificial Intelligence training.
