What you will do
- Own full BD cycle in Korea: prospecting, qualification, deal structuring, and closing with crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, and fintechs
- Build C-suite relationships across Korean exchanges, banks, payment companies, and Web3 firms
- Lead commercial negotiations on partnership terms, integrations, and revenue shares
- Represent at key events like Korea Blockchain Week and develop market brand
- Provide product and GTM input based on Korean regulations, user behaviors, and competition
- Build and manage sales pipeline with milestone tracking and reporting
- Partner with solutions and product teams for technically sound partner integrations
- Lay groundwork for broader Korea team expansion into Country Lead role
Requirements
- 10+ years BD, partnerships, or sales in traditional finance, fintech, and crypto
- Deep network in Korean financial/Web3 ecosystem with decision-makers at exchanges, banks, payments
- Native or fully fluent Korean; strong business English
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong Korean regulatory knowledge (VASP, ISMS, FSC/FSS)
- Self-directed builder comfortable with ambiguity and greenfield setup
