Location: Remote (US, able to travel across the full region geography)

What you will do
- Grow and manage strategic national fleet accounts profitably by aligning Commercial products and services with customer objectives.
- Serve as primary field-level customer interface, building consultative relationships across fleet teams and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver volume, revenue, and profitability targets through strategic pricing, program execution, and portfolio development.
- Prospect for and secure new national fleet business using innovative sales strategies independently or with field teams.
- Provide end-to-end account support including dashboards, reporting, operational assessments, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Lead account execution by coordinating contract compliance, training, and best-practice implementation with dealers and teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 10 years without degree
- Experience prospecting for growth opportunities by developing and executing innovative sales strategies
- Previous experience in operations & manufacturing driven environment
- Able to travel across the full region geography
