Location: Remote across North America, travel up to 25% to visit clients

What you will do

  • Drive new business across North America, identifying and closing opportunities with mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Lead planning and execution of freight electrification rollouts for new and existing customers
  • Own full customer lifecycle from prospecting and contracts through onboarding, training, and expansion
  • Train customer teams on equipment, software, and best practices to optimize fleet performance
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and develop growth plans to expand revenue in your portfolio
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams for superior customer experiences

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in business development, account management, logistics, supply chain, or fleet management
  • 3+ years hands-on in shipper or customer-facing BD/account management
  • Demonstrated track record of winning new business and growing accounts
  • Strong freight modes knowledge a plus (drayage, intermodal, LTL, cross-border)
  • Experience with BI tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
