What you will do
- Drive new business across North America, identifying and closing opportunities with mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Lead planning and execution of freight electrification rollouts for new and existing customers
- Own full customer lifecycle from prospecting and contracts through onboarding, training, and expansion
- Train customer teams on equipment, software, and best practices to optimize fleet performance
- Conduct quarterly reviews and develop growth plans to expand revenue in your portfolio
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams for superior customer experiences
Requirements
- 4-7 years in business development, account management, logistics, supply chain, or fleet management
- 3+ years hands-on in shipper or customer-facing BD/account management
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business and growing accounts
- Strong freight modes knowledge a plus (drayage, intermodal, LTL, cross-border)
- Experience with BI tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
