TL;DR

National Account Manager, Communities (Broadband/Telecom): Driving enterprise-level revenue growth and strategic expansion across top national MDU, SFU, and New Build partnerships with an accent on multi-market negotiations, consultant relationships, and C-suite influence. Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid workforce, prioritize hiring in Charlotte area, national travel required)

What you will do

  • Own and grow portfolio of top-tier national accounts across multiple markets
  • Develop and execute national account strategies aligning regional sales efforts
  • Serve as executive relationship lead for C-suite stakeholders, REITs, private equity, and developers
  • Establish hirify.global as preferred partner in consultant networks and advisory firms
  • Lead complex negotiations for bulk agreements, marketing arrangements, and master service agreements
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, legal, finance, engineering, and construction teams
  • Deliver executive business reviews, forecasting, and competitive insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–8+ years enterprise B2B sales experience managing national/strategic accounts
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue targets in complex sales environments
  • Strong executive presence to influence C-suite and private equity decision makers
  • Advanced negotiation skills for large-scale agreements
  • Strong financial acumen for IRR, revenue ramp, and portfolio metrics
  • Ability to travel nationally as required
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • Experience in fiber, broadband, telecom, or utility infrastructure sales
  • Direct experience with national real estate consultants or advisory firms
  • Background in REITs, private equity portfolios, or multifamily operators
  • Experience structuring national master service agreements
