What you will do
- Own and grow portfolio of top-tier national accounts across multiple markets
- Develop and execute national account strategies aligning regional sales efforts
- Serve as executive relationship lead for C-suite stakeholders, REITs, private equity, and developers
- Establish as preferred partner in consultant networks and advisory firms
- Lead complex negotiations for bulk agreements, marketing arrangements, and master service agreements
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, legal, finance, engineering, and construction teams
- Deliver executive business reviews, forecasting, and competitive insights
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 5β8+ years enterprise B2B sales experience managing national/strategic accounts
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets in complex sales environments
- Strong executive presence to influence C-suite and private equity decision makers
- Advanced negotiation skills for large-scale agreements
- Strong financial acumen for IRR, revenue ramp, and portfolio metrics
- Ability to travel nationally as required
- Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Experience in fiber, broadband, telecom, or utility infrastructure sales
- Direct experience with national real estate consultants or advisory firms
- Background in REITs, private equity portfolios, or multifamily operators
- Experience structuring national master service agreements
