What you will do
- Own and evolve corporate account strategy and multi-year growth plans for distributors across EMEA, deploying them regionally.
- Drive joint demand creation through marketing programs, technical enablement, seminars, and sales engagement to build scalable funnels.
- Govern performance with KPI tracking, target setting, risk mitigation, and special incentives to achieve growth objectives.
- Build senior executive relationships and collaborate with NXP sales, marketing, supply chain, and business line teams.
- Maintain expertise in distributor operations, market dynamics, and NXP technologies to guide strategic choices and fund utilization.
Requirements
- University degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in semiconductor sales and/or distribution with multinational distributors.
- Proven ability to scale complex accounts across regions via indirect influence and overachieve targets in matrix organizations.
- Strong knowledge of distributor economics, go-to-market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills without direct authority.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
