Contract Renewal Specialist

TL;DR

Contract Renewal Specialist (SaaS): Managing the renewal process of contracts and subscriptions with partners and customers with an accent on retaining and increasing subscription revenue. Focus on negotiating terms, analyzing customer data for risks and opportunities, and forecasting renewal metrics.

Location: Hybrid from Paris or Madrid office (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to negotiate contract renewals, maximize rates, and handle quotes and order processing.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and partners throughout the renewal process.
• Build relationships for customer retention and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze usage patterns and data to develop retention strategies.
• Document interactions, ensure compliance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Generate reports on renewal metrics and present to management.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar position
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and customer service mindset
• Experience in a SaaS company (high-growth scale-up a plus)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Effective teamwork, independence, and proactive approach in fast-paced environment
