Location: Remote in the USA, with up to 75% domestic travel for case and site support.

Salary: $140,000 to $160,000

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality training and in-field case support for post-market medical device clinical and registry studies
• Develop and maintain advanced technical and procedural expertise across products and clinical applications
• Provide real-time device and procedural support to Interventional Radiologists and clinical partners
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to develop clinical, technical, and procedural resources incorporating physician input
• Support field training programs for the sales organization and incorporate KOL feedback into materials
• Serve as clinical and technical subject matter expert during new product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or medical field, or equivalent healthcare experience
• Minimum 3 years clinical research experience in medical device trials with technical expertise
• Minimum 3 years in field-based clinical or technical support role in medical devices, preferably clinical research
• Experience supporting Interventional Radiology procedures strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain credentialing for on-site clinical work and travel up to 75% domestically, including some weekends
• Advanced procedural expertise, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
