Clinical Account Educator (Cardiac Monitoring)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; travel for onsite support may reach up to 70%.

What you will do

• Act as the primary clinical contact for healthcare providers using ambulatory cardiac monitoring services.
• Educate providers on approved indications, arrhythmia detection, and other clinically validated applications.
• Respond to unsolicited off-label and SIUU inquiries with balanced, evidence-based information.
• Direct providers to peer-reviewed literature, medical studies, and ongoing research without proactively promoting investigational uses.
• Conduct provider education, sales training, service updates, presentations, and journal clubs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, compliance, legal, regulatory, and commercial teams while sharing customer feedback.

Requirements

• Clinical or scientific degree in health sciences, such as RN, APN, or PA.
• 3–5 years of experience as a clinical educator or in a similar role.
• Experience in diagnostics, biomedical devices, cardiac monitoring, or regulated clinical and commercial environments.
• Knowledge of FDA, CMS, HIPAA, IDTF, off-label use, and SIUU compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and clinical teams.
• Ability to document inquiries and support discussions with peer-reviewed, unbiased evidence.

Nice to have

• Credentialing or specialization in cardiology, electrophysiology, or diagnostic sciences.
• Experience addressing off-label use discussions within FDA-compliant frameworks.
• Experience supporting cardiac monitoring IDTFs.
