What you will do

• Serve as the primary clinical contact for healthcare providers to support the appropriate use of cardiac monitoring services.
• Provide expert knowledge on approved indications and respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries regarding off-label or investigational use.
• Conduct educational sessions for providers on arrhythmia detection and clinically validated uses.
• Perform onsite support and training for off-label use and SIUU (up to 70% travel).
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and commercial teams to address protocol gaps and unmet needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to FDA, CMS, HIPAA, and IDTF regulations.

Requirements

• Clinical or scientific degree in health sciences (e.g., RN, APN, PA).
• 3–5 years of experience as a clinical educator in a regulated environment (diagnostics or biomedical devices).
• Experience working within FDA-compliant frameworks and handling off-label use discussions.
• Strong relationship-building skills for engaging electrophysiologists and cardiologists.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation of inquiries for compliance purposes.
