What you will do
- Take ownership of integrating the API-driven platform with clients' ecosystems
- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and drive escalations for resolution
- Manage assigned customer portfolio, focusing on API usage, retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Engineering for optimal client service
- Identify new technology partners and integration opportunities
- Design customer onboarding processes and manage expectations
Requirements
- Fluency in English required; German strongly preferred
- 2+ years as Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, or similar
- Experience with API integrations and SaaS products
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication to explain complex topics simply
- Strong customer focus, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision making
