What you will do

• Own event logistics including swag shipments, calendar invites, SFDC campaigns, QR codes, and raffle setups.
• Build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and Splash with proper segmentation and suppression rules.
• Create event assets like Splash pages, banners, graphics, and social media images using templates.
• Manage SFDC campaigns, list loads, and post-event lead uploads with accurate status and routing.
• Collaborate on social media content and Webflow updates for event promotions across regions.
• Support cross-functional teams with logistics and track tasks in Asana via Slack updates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (internships acceptable)
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter handling multiple tasks in deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and social media tools like Sprout Social and Figma.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes, troubleshoot, and collaborate cross-functionally.
