Location: Must be based in Chicago (Hybrid role)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000

What you will do

  • Assist Account Managers in developing RFPs and comprehensive media plans to meet client objectives.
  • Confirm media availability and handle inventory reservations for campaign deployments.
  • Create customized presentations, site lists, and client demos to support business opportunities.
  • Implement third-party ad server pixels and ensure accurate tracking for all campaigns.
  • Manipulate and analyze reporting data to address specific client needs.
  • Manage operational projects and support day-to-day account service requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
  • Familiarity with ad tech systems, including third-party ad servers, verification platforms, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a competitive environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
