What you will do

• Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design leadership development programs, career pathing frameworks, and individual growth and development plans.
• Assess training needs, deliver learning programs, and evaluate their effectiveness using feedback and outcomes.
• Lead performance management systems, talent reviews, and succession planning for critical roles.
• Identify high-potential employees and support engagement, retention, career progression, and leadership development.
• Use talent analytics and AI tools to improve organizational effectiveness, HR workflows, productivity, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience focused on learning and development and talent management.
• Experience designing and implementing L&D strategies and succession planning frameworks.
• Experience facilitating leadership development programs and managing performance management cycles.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, talent analytics tools, and AI tools and platforms.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
