What you will do
- Lead enterprise-wide FP&A strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling.
- Partner with executive leadership to align financial plans with product strategy and go-to-market execution.
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards to connect business drivers to financial results.
- Analyze SaaS performance metrics such as ARR, retention, and customer acquisition economics.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and reporting processes across global operations.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing finance organization to support complex business needs.
Requirements
- 13+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in corporate or strategic finance.
- Proven leadership in scaled enterprise software or SaaS businesses, ideally with $1B+ in annual revenue.
- Strong expertise in building scalable FP&A processes, KPI frameworks, and financial systems.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level business partnership and influencing C-level decision-making.
- Solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
