What you will do

• Plan and execute weekly community outreach activities including events, pop-ups, tabling, and canvassing.
• Develop and manage referral networks with clinics, hospitals, behavioral health providers, and faith-based organizations.
• Own and deliver on monthly and quarterly member enrollment targets for the assigned region.
• Serve as the primary local face of hirify.global, building trust with community organizations and residents.
• Gather field insights and feedback to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
• Use internal tools to document pipeline, referrals, and enrollment performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community outreach, partnerships, healthcare field sales, or stakeholder engagement.
• Must live in Alpine, Inyo, Mono, Amador, or Mariposa Counties.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed numeric targets in sales-like or outreach environments.
• Experience working with Latino, Medicaid, or underserved populations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong ability to work independently across large geographic rural areas.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in community research, such as focus groups and qualitative surveys.
• Knowledge of rural or frontier community outreach best practices.
• Previous experience managing a team.
