Salary: Total compensation $186,113 - $250,210 per year (at plan), base $138,922 - $165,718 + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
- Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Prospect new business, maintain key relationships, and manage full sales lifecycle
- Create and execute strategic business plans for rapid growth in Akron, OH territory
- Identify opportunities in OBGYN/MFM/GC clinics, hospitals, and health centers
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and networking events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling on providers in specified geographic territory
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with effective selling, listening, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
