Salary: USD $104,000 - $125,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own global NTP calculation ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in the monthly S&OP cycle
• Serve as functional owner of Blue Yonder ESP planning system, partnering with IT on enhancements, safety stock optimization, and dashboard development
• Perform root-cause analysis of supply shortages, planning gaps, and data issues to drive visibility and corrective actions
• Lead preparation of monthly S&OP process elements including Regional Supply Management Reviews and executive materials
• Deliver inventory health analyses like global Days of Forward Coverage in collaboration with Finance and Regional Planning
• Develop scenario planning for demand/supply changes, communicating risks and financial impacts
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of S&OP analytics and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related discipline
• 4+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, or Commercial Operations with hands-on S&OP/IBP experience
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into insights
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Anaplan, or Blue Yonder
• Comfort partnering with IT as functional owner for planning systems
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and support executive deliverables
• Open to occasional travel

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in global consumer products or manufacturing
• Familiarity with S&OP best practices
