Focus on driving forecast accuracy, service level management, inventory efficiency, and capacity planning models.

Location: 1 Horizon Way, Deerfield, Illinois (onsite)

Salary: $124,000 USD - $165,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead Demand Planning team and develop SIOP and Forecasting processes for $800M Security BU.
  • Facilitate consensus, drive process improvements, and align multifunctional teams.
  • Manage service levels, KPIs for forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, and supply execution.
  • Lead monthly Security SIOP process and weekly service level meetings.
  • Collaborate with Commercial team on demand and operating plans; conduct scenario planning and ROI evaluations.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and evaluate new forecasting systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years Supply Chain experience, including 5+ years in plant operations, sourcing, materials planning, forecasting, or sales/inventory planning
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory/leadership experience
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, analytical skills, advanced Excel.
  • Skilled in partnerships, communication, influencing leaders, change management, project management, emotional intelligence.
  • Results-oriented with proactive problem-solving and urgency in dynamic environments.
