Salary: $93,000 – $130,000 USD (USA) / $86,000 – $120,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and revise sales agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Negotiate contract terms with external parties to protect company interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Coordinate timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations across departments.
• Collaborate with Commercial Legal, Sales, and Finance teams to streamline contract processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate or legal contract management.
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and management best practices.
• Proficiency in CLM software, G-Suite, and MS Office.
• Written and oral English language fluency.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCM, CPCM).
• Previous experience working in a scaling SaaS company.
