What you will do

• Own the full contract lifecycle (MSAs, NDAs, IOs, SOWs, vendor agreements).
• Build and improve legal workflows, SLAs and intake processes.
• Partner with product, finance and commercial teams on contract execution.
• Standardize templates and maintain contract tracking/reporting.
• Identify risks, improve processes and support compliance efforts.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven legal operations over time.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial contracting, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements.
• Strong familiarity with U.S. legal frameworks and regulatory environments.
• Background in legal operations or related function with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience building, optimizing and scaling processes to support business needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as DocuSign, Asana or Jira.
• Exposure to GDPR and general compliance frameworks.
• Previous experience in AdTech or broader digital industry.
• Interest in AI, automation and process optimization.
