TL;DR
Legal Operations Specialist (Media Contracting): Own the full contract lifecycle including MSAs, NDAs, IOs, SOWs and build legal workflows with an accent on process optimization, risk identification and compliance. Location: Fully remote within EMEA (selected countries) only. Unable to consider applications from outside these regions.

What you will do
- Own the full contract lifecycle (MSAs, NDAs, IOs, SOWs, vendor agreements).
- Build and improve legal workflows, SLAs and intake processes.
- Partner with product, finance and commercial teams on contract execution.
- Standardize templates and maintain contract tracking/reporting.
- Identify risks, improve processes and support compliance efforts.
- Contribute to automation and AI-driven legal operations over time.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial contracting, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements.
- Strong familiarity with U.S. legal frameworks and regulatory environments.
- Background in legal operations or related function with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience building, optimizing and scaling processes to support business needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as DocuSign, Asana or Jira.
- Exposure to GDPR and general compliance frameworks.
- Previous experience in AdTech or broader digital industry.
- Interest in AI, automation and process optimization.
