TL;DR

Location: Remote but requires seasonal frequent travel throughout Minnesota. Occasional travel to Staples, MN for meetings or team activities (potentially twice per year).
Salary Range: $86,560–$108,200 (Grade 15, Risk Services Executive); $99,200–$124,000 (Grade 16, Senior Risk Services Executive). Salary may exceed midpoint based on experience.

What you will do
- Actively manage Risk Services business unit to achieve profit and margin goals.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth, launch new solutions, and onboard clients.
- Develop insurance renewals, proposals, and support membership governance decisions.
- Employ risk management strategies to improve solutions and meet financial goals.
- Manage relationships with customers including suppliers, members, partners, and brokers.
- Deliver training, support marketing strategies, and represent at tradeshows and events.
- Capture Voice of Customer insights and support internal teams with industry trends.
Requirements
- Associate's degree + 2 years or equivalent 4 years experience in health care plans, insurance sales, P&L management, or business development.
- Public speaking or sales presentation experience.
- Business process knowledge in sales, customer service, supply chain, and/or procurement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- For Senior: Bachelor’s + 4 years or equivalent 8 years experience, 2+ years public speaking/sales, 2 years sales experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 4+ years relevant experience.
- 2+ years public speaking/sales presentation and business process knowledge.
- Minnesota Health Insurance License (preference).
