Account Integrity Specialist

What you will do

• Create and maintain customer accounts in Syteline and related systems, processing updates like address changes and acquisitions.
• Audit existing accounts for data accuracy, classification, pricing, hierarchy, tax status, and policy compliance.
• Clean and standardize account data, handling duplicates, inactive records, and incomplete information.
• Perform quarterly GPO maintenance including contract validation, pricing updates, and eligibility verification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and other teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify details.
• Support ERP and CRM data integrity, reporting, validation, and process improvements; develop SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, data management, order management, or finance operations required.
• Experience working within an ERP system (Syteline preferred).
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented, strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills (MS Office, Google apps, ERP, CRM).
• Travel may be required; must be able to obtain necessary travel documents; work hours outside normal business hours possible.
