Location: Remote (U.S. Business Hours)

What you will do

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to customers with overdue invoices and follow up via calls/emails until payment.
• Handle objections, negotiate payment commitments, and navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate internally for issue fixes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, commitments, and next steps.
• Communicate professionally, provide payment updates, and balance firmness with courtesy.
• Track KPIs like call volume, payments collected, and receivables reduction; suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or high-volume outbound calling.
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day consistently.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
