What you will do

• Spearhead each design partner's Flow implementation, managing their migration, configurations, and timeline.
• Act as the external face of hirify.global to partners, providing white-glove experience and advocacy internally.
• Travel the US for on-site hands-on training, guidance, and support during transitions from legacy systems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Build and refine playbooks, AI agents, and tech stack elements to scale implementations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Operations (Big 4, top-25 firm, or high-growth startup)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge: US GAAP, multi-entity close, and audit
• Demonstrated excellence in field, ideally transitioning from accounting/finance/ERPs to AI era
• Strong project management instincts and intuition for partner needs
• Collaborative mindset to work across teams
• Thrive in ambiguity while defining implementation processes
