What you will do
- Spearhead each design partner's Flow implementation, managing their migration, configurations, and timeline.
- Act as the external face of to partners, providing white-glove experience and advocacy internally.
- Travel the US for on-site hands-on training, guidance, and support during transitions from legacy systems.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into product improvements.
- Build and refine playbooks, AI agents, and tech stack elements to scale implementations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Operations (Big 4, top-25 firm, or high-growth startup)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge: US GAAP, multi-entity close, and audit
- Demonstrated excellence in field, ideally transitioning from accounting/finance/ERPs to AI era
- Strong project management instincts and intuition for partner needs
- Collaborative mindset to work across teams
- Thrive in ambiguity while defining implementation processes
