What you will do

• Deliver world-class service to your portfolio of Pros via consistent communication, proactive outreach, and clear financial statement explanations
• Gather documentation, share updates, surface insights, and keep clients informed throughout the month
• Partner with internal bookkeepers to ensure efficient workflows, accurate books, and on-schedule month-end delivery
• Review, verify, and reconcile books meeting all deadlines
• Answer client questions on financial errors, chart of accounts, sales tax, A/P, A/R, merchant services, and third-party issues
• Foster exceptional customer experiences with timely follow-ups and strong organization

Requirements

• 3+ years U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience with SMB methods: financial statements, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, A/P, A/R
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (e.g., QBO ProAdvisor)
• 1+ year leading/mentoring others
• Experience providing bookkeeping guidance to clients, especially small businesses
• Experience using AI tools for efficiency
