What you will do

• Lead large-scale initiatives for building new products or platform capabilities for clients.
• Manage the full program lifecycle, including functional planning, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional inter-dependencies to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to manage risks and communicate progress to executives.
• Contribute to agile practices and high-level quarterly and yearly planning.
• Drive operational and cost excellence using data-driven narratives and metrics.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in high-pace tech environments.
• Experience overseeing large-scale complex migrations and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of AWS, modern cloud architectures, and security platforms/frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization, microservices architecture, and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
