What you will do

• Develop and manage GTM plans, timelines, and deliverables for new product launches and campaigns.
• Lead brand product launches across Americas or EMEA, ensuring brand consistency and operational alignment.
• Serve as central point of contact for global, regional, and local teams to facilitate communication and flawless execution.
• Align launch execution across retail, inventory, demand generation, and media spend.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze launch results, and cascade NPD learnings locally for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of direct Program Management leadership experience in consumer goods, particularly home appliances or adjacent categories
• Proficiency in Excel, AirTable (or comparable tools), PowerBI
• Strong understanding of launch planning and execution
• Experience working effectively across global teams
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
