What you will do

• Lead and optimize global Legal Operations including legal technology, automation, records management, vendor management, and billing processes.
• Manage and develop a team of legal operations professionals with guidance, training, and performance leadership.
• Drive cross-functional enterprise-level initiatives through process improvement and change management to transform legal service delivery.
• Oversee knowledge management systems for consistent access to legal resources and best practices organization-wide.
• Own legal financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and value realization from legal spend.
• Leverage data, reporting, and analytics for actionable insights and alignment of Legal Operations with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years extensive experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in legal operations or comparable enterprise functions.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing teams in legal or professional services roles.
• Background in or supporting global business environment with exposure to legal operations best practices and transformation efforts.
