What you will do

• Support in-house lawyers and business partners on Commercial, Compliance, Regulatory, and Public Law matters.
• Draft correspondence, contracts, legal documents, and internal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research using databases and summarize findings for supervising lawyers.
• Perform administrative duties including file organization and document management.
• Assist with regulatory compliance reviews and public law tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree program.
• Must be based in Mason, OH, US

Nice to have

• Academic or practical exposure to Commercial, Compliance and Regulatory, or Public Law.
• Prior work experience in a legal setting such as a law school clinic, moot court, or previous internship.
