What you will do

• Define and maintain product roadmap aligning with merchant needs, underwriters, partners, and corporate initiatives like UCM integration.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to monitoring, ensuring modularity for international use cases.
• Engage stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Legal, and external partners to drive business value and UX improvements.
• Develop flexible onboarding workflows supporting varied journeys, handoffs, and region-specific routing.
• Integrate fraud detection, ID verification, and compliance features; manage third-party partnerships.
• Leverage analytics for KPIs like throughput, conversion, and approval time to prioritize enhancements.
• Lead API integrations, post-boarding monitoring, and global enablement with multi-lingual/currency support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in fintech/SaaS/digital onboarding; deep knowledge of merchant onboarding, risk/fraud, compliance.
• Product strategy expertise linking features to outcomes; strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Customer empathy, process optimization, exceptional communication for executive presentations.
• Partnership/vendor management; global readiness for localization and compliance.
