What you will do

• Develop the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product pillar.
• Build deep user empathy for merchants and financial partners to influence the global payments roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to create seamless product experiences.
• Ensure the platform remains reliable and performant, focusing on API extensibility and latency.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to measure product impact on revenue, conversion, and margins.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry product management experience.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of building complex systems and high-impact products at scale.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with holdback tests and success metrics.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities and align diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for precise articulation of user problems.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Applied Sciences.
• Demonstrated success in building payment products specifically.
• Experience managing products with high transaction volumes where availability and latency are critical.
