Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive roadmap and product strategy for money movement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical trade-offs and product design.
• Partner with support and product leads to analyze issues and monitor key metrics.
• Provide mentorship on product lifecycle and evangelize best practices.
• Conduct research, build business cases, and assess risks for new features.
• Communicate vision to stakeholders, engage clients, and ensure security and quality.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in software product management.
• Strong team leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excel and data analysis proficiency; self-starter mindset.
