Senior Product Manager - Credit, Cash Advance & Lending (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own underwriting logic for cash advances and loans, partnering with Data Science to refine model thresholds and LTV caps.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end borrower UI/UX, from application and offer to funding and repayment.
• Monitor portfolio hehirify.globalh, including loss rates, delinquency, and repayment behavior, to ensure capital efficiency.
• Automate operational workflows for funding, repayment, and manual reviews to reduce overhead.
• Build and execute the quarterly roadmap for cash advances and lending products.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of PM experience in credit, lending, underwriting, risk, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of underwriting logic, expected-loss modeling, and LTV frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex model outputs into clear credit rules and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Data Science, CX, and Engineering teams.
